We’ve all got our own workout style. And most of us think that we’ve chosen that path of our own volition. Could it be, though, that your gym persona was actually pre-determined at birth? Did the month that you entered the world dictate whether you’re a squatting phenom or a bootcamp bunny? Is your gym type hidden in the stars?
